Naturally Selected Traders is a behavioral science platform that provides:
• Cognitive and behavioral experiments based on established behavioral economics research.
• Personalized AI-generated reports analyzing your decision-making patterns and psychological tendencies.
• Educational insights to help you understand how you think, react, and behave under pressure.
Our platform is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a trading platform, investment advisor, or financial service.
IMPORTANT: Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content — including behavioral reports, test results, and AI-generated analysis — is for educational and self-awareness purposes only.
We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment professionals. You should not make any financial or trading decisions based solely on the results or insights provided by this platform.

To access the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Access to the full platform requires a one-time payment. We currently offer the following:
• Free plan: access to one introductory experiment.
• Pro plan: one-time payment granting permanent access to all experiments and AI behavioral reports.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Payments are in USD. Pricing is displayed on the platform and may change at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to content you have purchased, please contact us at support@naturallyselectedtraders.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and use of the platform. These include welcome messages, test results, payment confirmations, and account updates. Transactional emails are necessary to provide the service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
We may also send you platform update notifications about new features or experiments. You may opt out of these at any time by:
• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any platform update email, or

We will process your opt-out request within 10 business days.
By using our platform, you agree not to:
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform or its content.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the platform.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or infrastructure.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
All content on this platform — including experiments, reports, text, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Naturally Selected Traders and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.
Your personal test results and behavioral data belong to you, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Some content on this platform, including behavioral reports, is generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
AI-generated reports are intended to offer perspective and self-reflection prompts — they are not clinical diagnoses, psychological assessments, or professional evaluations of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naturally Selected Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
We are not responsible for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes that a user attributes to insights gained from our platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Results or reports will be accurate or complete.
• The platform will meet your specific needs or expectations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@naturallyselectedtraders.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal. If you are located within the EU, you may also have the right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.
